Oct. 5 at 7:00 in the cafeteria is Financial Aid night with Education Quest. Questions and information about filling out the FAFSA will be the focus of the evening.
Oct. 6 from 8:00-11:30 and Oct. 11 from 8:00-11:30 are Apply to College days at LHS. Seniors may sign up in the counseling center to apply to college with the help of Nebraska college representatives on those October dates. Students attending will receive a free t-shirt.
The PSAT will be given on Saturday, October 15 from 8:00 am--12:00 pm at Lincoln High. Registration begins 9/26 and end 10/13. Tickets are $22.00 and students should bring their cash or check to the bookkeeper (Ms. Loth) in room 200R, during lunch, or after school (plan accordingly). Students will then bring their receipt to Ms. Leick in the Counseling Center to register for the PSAT. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Green in the Counseling Center.
Although the PSAT is designed for juniors, sophomores and freshmen often take it in order to give themselves practice for the test during their junior year. Juniors are given priority, but if space permits sophomores and freshman will be allowed to register begining October 6.
