Be a leader

You need to be supportive of your team mate through positive action and self-discipline. Everyone on this team has to be supportive of each other.
Lifting/ Conditioning

Be competitive

You need to strive to do your best every time you enter the ring.

Be dedicated 

You need to expect no less than 100% from yourself and others in practice as well as meets.
Diet

Be confident 

You should accept failure and short-comings as a means to improve.  Look for ways to make yourself better and convince yourself you will be better.

You should display a positive image for it will bring others up to your level, If you  display a negative image you will destroy everyone around you.

Be ready

Visualize the throws even before warm-ups. Practice techniques during warm-ups and competition. Move, sprint, jump, do push-ups, anything that will keep your body loose and warmed up.
 

Keep in mind our goal as a team is to DOMINATE
